Abstract

The article discusses the realization of the idea of "introducing" children with
special educational needs into the educational process within the framework of integration of
special education and the state of inclusive education in our Republic, including in the South
Kazakhstan region in accordance with international human rights documents declaring equal
rights for children on education. The implementation of the idea "introduction" in the educational
process justifies the need for socialization of children with special educational needs, based on
the requirements of society, regulatory documents and scientific and methodological guidelines,
the region's readiness for inclusive education, migration processes and demographic, ethnotic
characteristics and specific conditions and indicators in the system of preschool, primary and
secondary education.
