Abstract

The  development  of  students'  research  abilities  is  directly  related  to  the
acquisition of mathematical knowledge, and their research activities perform the most important
function. Therefore, to find a suitable solution to the problem facing general educat ion schools,
it is necessary to combine the research skills and abilities of students in the educational process
of  Mathematics  in the educational process.Students will be able to develop: logical thinking, a
sense of innovation,  purposeful orientation of  their actions, the ability to create restrictions, the
ability to evaluate phenomena and processes in a new way and keep other areas of knowledge
close  to  them, the  ability  to  make  full-fledged  arguments,  there,  their  level  of  knowledge  in
Mathematics,  Mathematical Literacy will increase, and they will be able to effectively apply the
knowledge gained in the future in life. Effective organization of students' research work allows
them  to  develop  their  creative  abilities,  independently  search  for  information,  u se  the
information  space,  independently  solve  emerging  problems,  and  apply  their  knowledge  in
practice.  The  effectiveness  of  using  the  research  method  in  teaching  a  secondary  school
Mathematics  course  is  theoretically  justified, and  a  scientific  and  methodological  system  of  its
use  is  developed,  which  provides  a  great  opportunity  to  improve  the  quality  of  students
'knowledge in the learning process and serves as a basis for arousing students' interest in the
subject.  Today,  educational  strategies  and  methods,  forms  of  learning  are  being  developed
aimed at implementing learning using research methods.
