Abstract

This article analyzes the experience of interaction with Kazakhstani
specialists in the preparation and implementation of educational projects and the innovative
approaches used in this. It also shows a positive example of the effective implementation of
practice-oriented training events - seminars and internships conducted by the INTAMT Academy
for specialists from the Republic of Kazakhstan, where the range of thematic areas of these
events is very wide. The International Academy of Management and Technology INTAMT
(Düsseldorf, Germany) has been successfully organizing thematic internships and seminars in
the leading countries of the world for specialists from the countries of the former Soviet Union
for more than 17 years. During this period, more than 8,000 people took part in 700 Academy
events held in 24 countries around the world. Among the participants of the events are heads and
specialists of federal, regional and municipal authorities and administration, employees of
academic and industry research institutes, scientific and technological centers, associations,
industrial enterprises and companies, professors, teachers, graduate students and students of
universities and higher educational institutions, specialists of preschool, school, secondary and
additional vocational education. Specialists of the Republic of Kazakhstan take an active part in
the educational projects of the INTAMT Academy.
